Due to the nature of our  products, all sales are final. We provide detailed disclaimers and ingredient lists for each product to ensure our customers are fully informed before making a purchase.

**Damaged Products – only pertaining for physical goods**

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:

1. **Take a Clear Photo:** Capture a clear picture of the damaged item.

2. **Email Us:** Send the photo to our support team within 3 business days of delivery.

3. **Include Details:** Please include your order number and a brief description of the damage in the email.

Once we receive your email, we will review the information and respond with further instructions.

**Shipping Issues**

Absolutely Divine Healing is not responsible for any shipments that are marked as delivered by the carrier but arrive damaged. In such cases, an insurance claim will be filed with the carrier. Please note that this process may take up to 6 weeks before a refund can be issued.

In addition, Absolutely Divine Healing is not responsible if shipment is delayed due to natural event or any other circumstances.

**Stolen Packages**

Absolutely Divine Healing is not responsible for any shipments that show as delivered by the carrier but are stolen after delivery. Unfortunately, no refund or replacement can be provided in such cases.
